REFUND POLICY

Cash Richard™ stands behind the products we sell. We recognize that although our products have extremely high customer satisfaction, there is not one product that works for everyone.

Unfortunately, we cannot take back any open, or used apparel, or used products of any type/open for any reason due to safety reasons a legal reasons. You may also just decide you don't want our product anymore and ask for a refund or return or exchange because we can do this under the circumstances above, and that you and your product meet the requirements. Scroll down for the requirements, and scroll down in the 2nd paragraph for the 2nd main requirement instructions before you contact us. You contact us, you understand you might have to pay for shipping, and will be sent an invoice before your shipping instructions, or label, or just asked to pay yourself and send it in yourself with your own label from one of the three company's we choose, and you will have to provide picture proof, original boxing proof, and a picture of the product in the original boxing unopened and with the original box in sight, but we will email instructions if you contact us for a request at our 2 emails. You will have to ship the product back with the instructions we email you after you contact us, and once we receive it after giving you a label, or instructions on where to ship it to, who to ship it with etc., we will verify your product meets our requirements above and let you know if you get your refund. If you don't meet it you will be sent back your product, and an invoice to pay for both shipping directions. This goes for every single item even online on our site. We don't mean to sound harsh we just want to make our legal standpoint clear. Obviously if there is a clear error contact within the delivery window we provided and we will see if you meet the requirement for something. We are also not liable but we will try to help for any shipping errors, or losses. This is different for everything else besides apparel because of our products and police's and what we say! Legal notice: We reserve the right to not give any refunds, returns, or exchanges. 

REQUIREMENTS FOR A REFUND

  • Item(s) must be unopened and in its original condition (e.g., Apparel, gaming equipment, and more and everything else must be sealed and must be unused)

  • Item(s) must be returned in all original packaging and with accessories and paperwork

  • Item(s) must be returned using an insured and traceable shipping method

  • The product(s) must have been purchased directly from: https://www.cashrichard.com

  • Returns must be postmarked on or before the 30th day following the date of receipt (i.e., if the receipt has a date of January 1, 2023, the return must be postmarked by January 31, 2023)

Items that are broken, you must contact support within 2 days of the purchase or you are not eligible for a refund! We can deny any refund! You may not also just decide you don't want our product anymore and ask for a refund or return or exchange because we do not do this for any reason or circumstance. This goes for every single item even online on our site. We don't mean to sound harsh we just want to make our legal standpoint clear. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment used. This includes gift cards. We cannot refund another form of payment if a gift card was used at checkout.

We encourage you to call us before returning any product and consult a customer service representative on the eligibility of your order for return or exchange.

If you choose to return your order without consulting a representative and it does not meet all our requirements, a refund will not be issued.

Note: Returns must be postmarked on or before the 30th day following the date of receipt (e.g., if the receipt has a date of January 1, 2021, the return must be postmarked by January 31, 2021)

We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased during a sale or special promotion. This includes but is not limited to: Buy 1 Get 1 Free sales, discount codes greater than 10%, or Free Shipping promotions.
