REFUND POLICY

Cash Richard stands behind the products we sell. We recognize that although our products have extremely high customer satisfaction, there is no one product that works for everyone.

Unfortunately, we cannot take back any open, or used apparel for any reason due to safety reasons a legal reasons. This is different for everything else besides apparel because of this 15 policy we have! There is one exception though. Not sure if you want to buy our products? No need to worry. You can purchase most of our products such as apparel, dog clothes, and most things besides gaming equipment as long as we approve, and if you don't like it, look, feel, and don't use/wear, wash, wrinkle, and more the product for 15 days or do anything to the product without contacting 2 days after the purchase you are eligible. You will get emailed a shipping label to sent it to us. Then your product will be shipped back and we will verify you have not broken, or used the apparel and other products. Then your refund will be processed! Still not sure? Good luck finding a site as understanding and generous as us! Legal notice: FYI we can say no to any refunds, returns, or anything else!

REQUIREMENTS FOR A REFUND

  • Item(s) must be unopened and in its original condition (e.g., Apparel and gaming equipment must be sealed and apparel must be unused)

  • Item(s) must be returned in all original packaging and with accessories and paperwork

  • Item(s) must be returned using an insured and traceable shipping method

  • The product(s) must have been purchased directly from: cashrichard.com

  • Returns must be postmarked on or before the 30th day following the date of receipt (i.e., if the receipt has a date of January 1, 2020, the return must be postmarked by January 31, 2020)

Items that are broken, you must contact support within 2 days of the purchase or you are not eligeble for a refund! Besides our 15 day policy!

We can deny any refund!

Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment used. This includes gift cards. We cannot refund another form of payment if a gift card was used at checkout.

We encourage you to call us before returning any product and consult a customer service representative on the eligibility of your order for return or exchange.

If you choose to return your order without consulting a representative and it does not meet all our requirements, a refund will not be issued.

We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased during a sale or special promotion. This includes but is not limited to: Buy 1 Get 1 Free sales, discount codes greater than 10%, or Free Shipping promotions.
